These are common questions that we receive daily. We have added a few answers to common questions.
How do I prepare for my facial?
All prescription topical products, please discontinue 3 days prior. Remember no sun exposure 48 hours immediately after a facial. Make sure you speak with us regarding SPF options for face after treatments.

This is my first wax, how should I prepare?
Grow out your hair at least 1/4 inch long. We ask that you allow a full 3 weeks of growth before coming in. Exfoliate a day or 2 before your appointment to allow the hair to come out easier. You can use a exfoliating glove. Wear lose and comfortable clothing after your wax.

I want a Chemical Peel, can I book that first?
All chemical peels need a consultation first. Please book consultation. This can be done virtual or in person.

I would like to buy some products but I don't know what to get?
A full description of what each product does is available online. If you are still needing assistance, please shoot us email. All products that are purchased online will be shipped directly to you.

Do you have an option for clients who need to book after hours?
Yes! All after hour appointments or squeeze in appointments is a additional fee if available. Please send email.

Do you guys do mobile services?
Yes, during after-hours and have to be booked 1 month in advance. A travel fee/set up fee will be added to service depending on location.

Can I book multple appointments? Seems like you all get booked pretty fast.
Yes, we encourage you to schedule in advance if possible!
